Google Keep is finally getting this important feature, but it’s feels basic

Google is adding a version history feature to its note-taking tool, Keep. Presently greyed out with a 'Coming soon' tag, the feature will allow users to view previous versions of their notes. However, users must download the previous version as a text file in order to access it, which will only show text changes due to the lack of accompanying media. The feature is not currently available on mobile devices and it is not yet clear which notes the version history will be available for.
